Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Plant City, a field-service workspace for plant-care professionals. By creating a workspace or using the service, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use Plant City.

The service

Plant City helps a plant-care operator plan routes, record per-plant care, keep service history, and send customer service reports. It is deliberately small in scope and does not include invoicing, payroll, CRM, or accounting features.

Your account

Sign-in uses secure email links instead of passwords. Keep your email account secure—anyone who controls your inbox can access your workspace. You are responsible for the activity in your workspace and for providing accurate account information.

Plans and billing

• Free includes one customer site and up to 25 plants, with the complete care workflow. It is free indefinitely and requires no card.
• Solo ($19/month) and Solo AI ($39/month) are billed through Stripe as recurring subscriptions.
• You can cancel anytime from the billing portal in Settings; your plan remains active until the end of the paid period, then your workspace returns to Free-plan limits. Records beyond those limits are preserved but may become read-only until you reduce usage or resubscribe.
• Prices may change with advance notice; changes apply at your next billing cycle.

Your content

You own the data you put into Plant City—your customers, sites, plants, photos, and service history. You grant Plant City the limited rights needed to store, process, and display that data in order to operate the service (for example, generating and delivering the reports you send). You are responsible for having permission to store your customers’ contact details and to email reports to them.

Acceptable use

Don’t use Plant City to send spam, store unlawful content, attempt to access other users’ workspaces, or interfere with the service. We may suspend accounts that do.

AI plant identification

On the Solo AI plan, photo-based species suggestions are provided by a third-party identification service. Suggestions can be wrong. You review and confirm every suggestion before it is saved, and you remain responsible for the accuracy of your plant records and care decisions.

Service reports

Service reports are generated from the data you enter and are sent, at your request, in your business’s name. You are responsible for their content and for who receives report links.

Availability and disclaimers

Plant City is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We work to keep the service reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Back up anything you cannot afford to lose.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Plant City’s total liability for any claims arising out of the service is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim. Plant City is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost data.

Termination

You may stop using Plant City and request deletion of your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where practical.
